2nd Conference on Fundamental Research of Young Scientists of the Yenisei Siberia

The goals of the Conference are the development, support, and evaluation of the fundamental research carried out by youth teams of the Yenisei Siberia region — the winners of the Regional Competition of the Fundamental Research Projects Carried out by Young Scientists under the support of the Krasnoyarsk Territorial Foundation for Support of Scientific and R&D Activities and the Russian Foundation for Basic Research.

The Conference program includes the plenary session Fundamental Problems of Science, poster and sectional reports by the winners of the Regional Competition of the Fundamental Research Projects Carried out by Young Scientists, and the roundtable discussion Success Stories by Krasnoyarsk scientists who received calls in Russia and abroad.

The plenary session will include reports by the participants from China, India, Spain, USA, Belgium, Germany, and Canada. The Conference will also be attended by Russian scientists, representatives of leading Russian universities, research institutes, and institutions supporting scientific activities from Moscow, the Republic of Tuva, the Novosibirsk Region, and the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Oral and poster presentations will be made by the winners of the Regional Competition of the Fundamental Research Projects Carried out by Young Scientists in the following sections:

Nanotechnology and Nanomaterials;

Magnetic Phenomena and Liquid Crystals;

Metallurgy;

Mathematical Modeling and Information, Communication, and Space Technologies;

Ecology and Environmental Management;

Medical, Social, and Humanitarian Research.
